TouchNote – We are retained to oversee consumer campaigns and corporate profile raising. Our work helped establish TouchNote as a value-led brand that brings balance and human connection to our overloaded digital lives. We worked closely with the brand’s marketing team to raise consumer awareness and convert new and existing customers to a subscription model. We helped change perceptions of TouchNote from a simple postcard app to a platform which helps you document, cherish, create and reconnect: a must-have subscription. We also raised the corporate profile of TouchNote and its founders, putting them at the heart of the debate about digital wellbeing and highlighting their untold Shoreditch success story.
