The Conservative Party leader has been given permission to put up a wind turbine for a second time. However he has been told that it will have to be removed in three years.
Council officials said the time limit had been placed as there may be unforseen problems such as noise pollution which need to be adddressed.
The council decision states: " The wind turbine and support pole hereby permitted shall be retained for a limited period only until April 1, 2011 on or before which date they and any associated fittings shall be removed and the building restored to its former condition."
Cameron had been given permision to erect the turbine last year, but put it in the wrong place and it had to be removed.
